Construction of proposed houses at Salamulla – Block A, B and C
Total Cost: Rs. 1157.63 million
Brief Description: This project was implemented by Urban Development Authority under the Urban Regeneration Project-City of Colombo. We were the Design and Build Contractor. The project was consisted of construction of three buildings, block A, B and C and all three blocks were twelve storied. SLLDC completed all the construction of Block A and Sub structure of Block B and C. Block A was consisted of 18 houses and blocks B and C was constructed of 33 house in each floor. Totally 1008 houses in this three units.

Brief Description: Under the Urban Regeneration Project – City of Colombo, one of the main project was to Construction of 12 storied building Accommodating 120 houses at Maura place, Colombo 06. Housing complex comprising of 120 houses with all necessary facilities and other facilities including; elevators, power generators, water pumps and all amenities to enhance the living condition of low income families lived in the urban slums of Colombo.

Brief Description: The Building consists of two floors which include well equipped Gymnasium , Fruit Juice Center, Sick Room, Changing Rooms, Office Area and Saloon.
Construction of Proposed New Head Office Building for Sri Lanka Land Reclamation and Development Corporation (Own Project)
Brief Description: Construction of new Head Office Building has been commenced in order to get required office space to the Corporation staff with the development projects that are undertaken with the current development stage of the country. The above project is consisted of contruction of an Auditorium in fulfilling the need of SLLDC. The Research and Design Division was entrusted with the design of the building and Construction Division of SLLRDC is carrying out its implementations works.
Four storied building for National Center for Non Destructive Testing of Atomic Energy Authority
Total Cost: Rs. 478.48 million
Brief Description: As a request of Atomic Energy Authority, Sri Lanka, four storied (G + 3F + Roof) building was constructed for National Center for Non Destructive Testing. SLLRDC was a design and build contractor for this construction. The total cost of the project was Rs. 478.48 million. The total floor area is 6912 m2 which include Laboratory, Practical Rooms; Examination Hall, Lecture Rooms, Auditorium, Office Rooms, IT Room, Food Court, car park and etc.
